We are seeking a Data Engineer / Data Analyst to support enterprise-level data initiatives within a highly classified environment. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and visualization, working across large-scale federated data systems to deliver actionable insights.
Candidates can be considered at both Journeyman and Senior levels depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data management and database solutions
Build and manage data repositories, including database modeling and architecture design
Develop and implement ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple enterprise sources
Perform data mapping, transformation, and data mining to support analytical initiatives
Analyze enterprise data systems to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities
Design and deliver data visualization dashboards, reports, and analytic products
Support data collection efforts including surveys, data calls, and enterprise-wide reporting activities
Apply statistical methods, machine learning, NLP, and pattern recognition to identify insights
Communicate findings clearly through visual, written, and verbal formats
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and data teams to support enterprise solutions Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience OR no degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
