Creative Services Project & Production Manager
About Torchy's

Here's What We Need
The Creative Services Project & Production Manager role oversees the end-to-end process of creative production, with a strong focus on print and in restaurant materials. This role balances creative problem-solving with process discipline while managing timelines, resources, field tools, and agency
partners to ensure flawless execution from concept through installation.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Management
• You will lead creative services projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
• You will build and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• You will serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
Print & Production Management
• You will oversee print production for all in-restaurant and marketing materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• You will manage the production process from design handoff to vendor proofing, printing, shipping, and final installation.
• You will troubleshoot production challenges and recommend innovative, efficient solutions.
Agency, Vendor & Freelance Management
• You will partner with creative agencies and print vendors to deliver on-time, high-quality outputs.
• You will identify, hire, and manage freelance designers to support specialized design needs or increased project volume.
• You will negotiate costs, manage contracts, and ensure external partners adhere to brand and quality standards.
• You will evaluate partner performance and maintain strong working relationships.
Field Support & Tools Management
• You will manage the field-based creative request system, including project intake, routing requests to the appropriate designer, and acting as liaison between the designer and requestor to ensure clarity, quality, and timely delivery.
• You will own the creative Ad Builder system used by Field Marketing teams:
o You will identify and prioritize templates based on business needs.
o You will oversee template creation in partnership with designers.
o You will upload and maintain templates in the system and manage overall adoption, usage, and troubleshooting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• You will work closely with marketing, brand, culinary, and operations teams to ensure creative execution supports business needs.
• You will align stakeholders on project goals, progress, and changes throughout the process.
• You will manage feedback loops and approvals to keep projects moving forward.
Additional Responsibilities
• You will perform additional duties as assigned.

• Communication: You translate between creative, operational, and business teams with clarity and accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: You approach production and process challenges with innovative, efficient solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within creative services, marketing, or print production.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and installation.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and freelance resources, with proven success in negotiation and partnership.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana/Basecamp, Canva, digital asset libraries like Bynder, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer-facing environments.
• Familiarity with environmental graphics, in-store marketing, or signage production.
• Experience with creative request and template systems (e.g., Lytho, Templafy, Brandfolder, or custom-built tools).
