Job description

Purpose

We are looking for a builder to join our creative team.  A versatile and detail-oriented Social Creative Coordinator with a holistic approach to production, with a focus on social media and content-driven projects. In this client-facing role, you'll support senior producers and collaborate closely with account, creative, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns across platforms. Experience in entertainment, social media, and a strong understanding of content production workflows are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the tracking and management of production workflows/schedules for a high volume of assets, from rough cuts to final deliverables, ensuring all content is delivered on time and within specifications.
  • Coordinate production tasks and assignments for social-first, short-form, high-volume content, with an emphasis on video, motion graphics, and interactive digital formats.
  • Support outreach with influencers, talent, and social media partners as needed, helping to centralize and organize relevant project information and details.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and budget tracking in support of senior producers.
Required Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production role with a strong focus on social media and content production.
  • Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and best practices for content engagement across platforms
  • Familiarity with video production and editing processes, media asset management, and post-production workflows.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with an ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) and familiarity with creative software is a plus.
