ZS is seeking a Tech Project Delivery Manager to lead a high-velocity team focused on the future of Biometrics and Clinical Data. We are looking for a delivery leader who excels at navigating the "how" of technical execution without losing sight of the "why" in the clinical domain-and who can operate with depth, speed, and accountability in a consulting environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead Strategic Delivery: Own the end-to-end SDLC for high-impact R&D technology programs, with a focus on Biometrics, Clinical Data Repositories (CDR), and Statistical Computing Environments (SCE). Be accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and technical decision-making.
  • Build and Run a Specialized Squad: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of technologists. Drive day-to-day execution, skill development, and delivery rigor across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Bridge Strategy & Tech: Act as a hands-on liaison between senior stakeholders and engineering teams-translating clinical and business needs into executable roadmaps, detailed plans, and well-scoped technical solutions.
  • Global Orchestration: Lead offshore-first delivery in a fast-paced, global model. Own execution cadence, risk management, and escalation, while ensuring compliance with GxP and client quality standards.
  • Client Influence: Serve as a trusted delivery partner to clients-guiding them on clinical data strategy, platform modernization, and the technical implementation of future-ready biometrics solutions.

What You'll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven Delivery Leadership: 10+ years of experience leading technology programs in a consulting environment, including direct ownership of scope, staffing, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
  • SDLC & Execution Depth: 8+ years leading teams through full SDLC, with demonstrated ability to manage delivery risk, architectural trade-offs, and evolving requirements.
  • R&D Literacy: 8+ years in Life Sciences R&D, with strong working knowledge of:
  • Clinical Data Standards: CDASH, SDTM, ADaM, OMOP, FHIR, HL7
  • Patient Data Systems: EDC, ePRO, Labs, CDMS
  • Biometrics Platforms: Hands-on experience delivering CDR and/or SCE solutions
  • Executive Presence: Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams while credibly presenting senior client and internal leadership.
