We are searching for the best talent for Senior Analyst,Strategic Planning and Performance , it can be based in Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or West Chester, PA.

Purpose:

The Senior Analyst,Strategic Planning and Performanceis a seasoned individual contributor role designed for a highly technical, hands-on analyst who can build, scale, and operationalize commercial analytics for MedTech decision-making, and will serve as a lead analyst for procedure-based forecasting,futuredemand signal developmentfromsales performance analytics, and capital planning support across Hip, Knee, Shoulder, and enabling technology platforms. The near-term hiring priority is technical depth: advanced analytics, data model development, automation, and disciplined reporting. Over time, the role offers a path to grow into broader commercial marketing, strategic marketing, and analytics leadership as business acumen and stakeholder influence expand.

You will be responsible for:

  • Demand Signal Analytics: Build and maintain the analytical foundation for a single source of truth for procedure demand across Hip, Knee, and Shoulder platforms.

  • Forecasting & Tool Development: Build, scale, automate, and operationalize procedure-based forecasting models and analytical tools that support commercial Integrated Business Planning(IBP), CAPEX decisions, and scenario-based planning.

  • IBP & CAPEX Analytics: Translate procedure demand signals into clear analytics that inform capital requirements, deployment priorities, asset utilization, and structured investment decisions.

  • Insight & Decision Support: Deliver concise, actionable insights that clarify business implications, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs for commercial planning and investment decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, and Sales teams to align assumptions, validate data inputs, pressure-test outputs, and improve adoption of planning tools.

  • Continuous Improvement: Improve forecast accuracy, refine analytical methodologies, strengthen data quality, and expand repeatable analytics into broader commercial planning use cases.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, commercial analytics, sales operations, finance, demand planning, or related business planning roles.
  • Strong technical capability with demonstrated experience using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, or equivalent analytics platforms.

  • Experience building, improving, automating, or productionizing analytical models, dashboards, forecasting tools, or decision-support workflows.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities, ambiguous datasets, and evolving stakeholder needs.

  • Experience working with large datasets, integrating multiple data sources, defining data quality rules, and documenting assumptions for repeatable analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into clear business implications, recommendations, and decision-ready communication.

  • MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
