Job description

The Marketing Programs Manager brings the Bridge brand to life through the content, events, and website that shape how our audience experiences Bridge. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role owns content production, events, and the company website end to end. It's a great fit for a strong writer and storyteller who is equally comfortable running a flawless event and keeping a website fresh and on-brand.
You'll produce content across formats, run the events calendar from concept through follow-up, keep the website current and on-brand, and coordinate the freelancers and agencies who help bring the work to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production
  • Produce high-quality content across formats (blog, social, email, web copy, sales collateral, and event assets) in line with our brand and messaging.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar, briefs, review process, and publishing across channels.
  • Submit briefs to our creative agency and track deliverables against agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a central content library and ensure version control and brand consistency.

Events
  • Source, plan, manage, and execute the full calendar of marketing events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, field events, and customer gatherings) from concept through post-event follow-up.
  • Own event logistics end to end: budgets, timelines, vendor and venue management, registration, staffing, collateral, and on-site execution.
  • Coordinate event promotion, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Measure event ROI and continuously refine the event mix based on performance.

Website
  • Serve as the day-to-day owner of the company website, including content updates, page builds, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the design and creative agency on UX, design, and landing page creative.
  • Manage SEO hygiene, site performance, and analytics.
  • Keep the site current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and launches.

Vendor & Creative Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for creative partners: our design and creative agency and event vendors.
  • Track vendor timelines, deliverables, and invoices, and flag scope or budget concerns to the VP Marketing.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure work meets quality and brand standards.

Desired Skills, Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years in content marketing, brand, events, or marketing programs (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent writer and storyteller with a portfolio across formats and channels.
  • Proven track record managing events end to end, including logistics and budgets.
  • Hands-on CMS proficiency, including content creation, publishing workflows, and maintaining content structure and consistency.
  • Experience keeping a company website current and on-brand, including landing pages and campaign-aligned updates.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • A brand and design sensibility and high standards for quality and consistency.
  • Experience directing freelancers and creative agencies.
  • Experience in adtech, martech, media, data, or an adjacent technology sector.
  • Hands-on CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with SEO and web analytics (e.g., GA4).
  • Comfort with video, motion, or design tools for lightweight production.

This is primarily a remote/work from home position with the potential for some occasional travel and an salary range of $72,000-$95,000.
