We're partnering with a school district in Denton County, Texas to hire a dedicated School Psychologist / Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) for the 2026-2027 school year.
This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through comprehensive evaluations, consultation, and intervention services. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive the supports and services needed to thrive in the educational environment.

• Position: School Psychologist / LSSP

• Location: Onsite in Denton County, TX

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

• School Year: 2026-2027

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations in compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA), IDEA, and federal regulations.

• Interpret assessment results and present findings during ARD and eligibility meetings.

• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and provide data-driven recommendations for student support.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate interventions and services.

• Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, emotional, and social-emotional concerns.

• Support MTSS initiatives, behavioral intervention planning, and school-based mental health services.

• Conduct observations, data collection, and progress monitoring to support student outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, and evaluation timelines.

• Participate in ARD meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other student support initiatives.

• Active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) license required

• Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting preferred

• Knowledge of IDEA, TEA requirements, ARD processes, and special education compliance

• Experience supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

• Strong assessment, report-writing, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
