Pohanka Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing sales department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Manage the vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
  • Maintain impeccable CSI scores by embracing Pohanka's client first focus
  • Develop and motivate the sales staff while focusing on profitability
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Desk deals, appraise trades, lead the sales team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior automotive sales and F&I managerial experience preferred
  • Automotive Sales experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CDK)
  • Professional
  • Strong work ethic is a must
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
