  • Ganzheitliche Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Sinne des Program Managements bis zur Serienreife
  • Verantwortung für Zielerreichung (Qualität, Kosten, Termine) auf Programm- und Projektebene
  • Fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer, teils internationaler Teams
  • Koordination aller Aktivitäten im Produktentstehungsprozess (PEP / PCP)
  • Steuerung interner sowie internationaler (Intercompany-)Projekte im Programm Management Kontext
  • Ressourcenplanung unter Berücksichtigung paralleler Projekte innerhalb des Programms
  • Steuerung von Änderungsmanagement und Durchführung des Projekt- und Programmcontrollings
  • Reporting an Management und Entscheidungsgremien
  • Identifikation von Risiken und Abweichungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von PM-Standards und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung im Program Management Umfeld
Ausbildung und Erfahrung
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Meister, Techniker oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Automotive-Branch
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams und im Umgang mit internationalen Schnittstellen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
