Job Summary

Under the daily supervision of the Director, Facilities, the In-House Production Assistant (PA) provides general office support. The PA must be friendly and approachable, maintain a professional demeanor, and be customer service oriented. This person will be flexible and able to assist with various projects around the office with a can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative office duties, including but not limited to light housekeeping.
  • Organize and facilitate snacks and lunches for on-site staff.
  • Assist all departments with special projects as needed.
  • Provide coverage for reception by answering phones, handling deliveries/ mail, and greeting guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years job experience in an administrative role or customer service.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Experienced with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Impeccable organization and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in TV Production and/ or entertainment industry.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV to be considered.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation Rage:$18.5714 per hour (Non-Exempt)
