  • Collaborate closely with producers, editors, strategists, and creative teams to develop and execute engaging motion graphics.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives tailored to platform-specific best practices.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining organization, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and proactively contribute innovative ideas for campaign execution.
  • Maintain a high bar for design, typography, animation, and finishing details across all deliverables.

  • Proven experience creating motion and design content for entertainment and brand campaigns.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced agency or studio environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback.
  • Strong creative judgment with a passion for storytelling and entertainment marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a creative agency, entertainment marketing agency, or production company.
