Join a leading global beauty brand as a Visual Merchandising Design & Production Manager, shaping premium retail experiences across international markets. In this role, you'll bring seasonal campaigns to life through polished 2D artwork, high-impact graphics, and production-ready assets that elevate the in-store customer journey. You'll partner closely with creative, production, and 3D design teams to translate brand campaigns into compelling retail environments—from shop-in-shop installations and fixture graphics to planograms and presentation materials. This is an opportunity for a detail-driven creative professional who enjoys balancing concept, craft, and flawless execution. What You'll Do Develop, adapt, and deliver seasonal 2D visual merchandising artwork for global retail channels. Apply multilingual copy accurately across fixture units and campaign assets. Collaborate with 3D designers to integrate 2D graphics into retail fixtures, renderings, and planograms. Prepare, package, and preflight print-ready files for premium production. Manage vendor proofs, color accuracy, match prints, and artwork troubleshooting through final delivery. Create polished design presentations for internal reviews and approvals. Maintain organized artwork libraries, asset catalogs, and graphic standards. What You Bring At least 5 years of experience in beauty, visual merchandising, retail design, or a related creative field. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; SketchUp or other 3D-rendering experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of print production, file preparation, typography, and visual composition. A refined eye for luxury design and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects while meeting tight deadlines. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
