Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Data Entry Clerk Onsite at Hill AFB UT to support a US Government client. All work under this contract shall be performed at the Government site. This work is full-time onsite.
Location: Hill Air Force Base, UT (On-Site)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Clearance: Must be able to successfully complete a Federal background investigation and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Position Description:
Seeking a professional, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at the Military & Family Readiness Center located on Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This position provides administrative and customer service support to military members transitioning from active duty into civilian careers.
The successful candidate will coordinate appointments, maintain electronic records, provide front desk support, assist with classroom preparation, manage program communications, and ensure accurate tracking of participant completion requirements. This position works closely with Air Force personnel in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Schedule Transition Assistance Program (TAP) appointments and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate participant records using Government databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide professional front desk reception and customer service.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to program email inquiries.
  • Track participant attendance and program completion requirements.
  • Prepare classrooms and training materials before scheduled workshops.
  • Coordinate participant registration and distribute course materials.
  • Maintain Outlook calendars and scheduling systems.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist military members with required transition documentation.
  • Maintain accountability of Government-issued classroom equipment during training events.
  • Ensure sensitive information is handled in accordance with Privacy Act and Government requirements.
  • Support other administrative functions within the Military & Family Readiness Center as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum six (6) months of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or data entry experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with military personnel, retirees, and family members.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense or other Federal agencies.
  • Military administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting Military & Family Readiness Centers, Transition Assistance Programs, or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with military customs, terminology, and organizational structure.

Work Environment
  • Full-time, on-site position at Hill Air Force Base.
  • Office and classroom environment.
  • Frequent interaction with military members and Government personnel.
  • Occasional classroom setup and administrative support for training events.
  • Routine telework is not authorized.

Min. Citizenship Status Required: U.S Citizenship and must be meet suitability screening for working in a federal government environment, must pass a background check.
