AO Globe Life is seeking Entry Level Sales Associates to connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit options. You'll guide conversations, identify what matters to each client, explain available choices, and help them complete the appropriate next steps.

This position is designed for people who are willing to learn, communicate confidently, and take ownership of their daily work. Previous insurance or sales experience is not required.

Important Location Requirement

This remote position is currently open only to applicants who live in one of the following locations:

• Virginia
• Illinois
• California
• Washington
• Any province or territory in Canada

Applicants must currently have a residential address in one of the eligible locations above.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting scheduled conversations with prospective clients
• Asking questions to understand individual needs and priorities
• Explaining benefit and coverage options based on client needs
• Providing accurate information and answering client questions
• Helping interested clients through the enrollment process
• Maintaining timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients
• Updating client information and sales activity
• Attending virtual training sessions and team meetings
• Applying feedback from coaches and improving your sales approach
• Building professional relationships through consistent client communication

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Currently residing in Virginia, Illinois, California, Washington, or Canada
• Residential address in an eligible location
• Reliable internet connection
• Computer with webcam and microphone
• Professional, distraction-free workspace
• Ability to participate in scheduled virtual meetings and client appointments
