This is a full-time remote position, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while working for a facility specializing in detox services. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals.
• Implement duty to warn/mandated reporting processes, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction counselors, to create comprehensive, individualized treatment approaches.
• Monitor and track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and therapy effectiveness, using these insights to improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research, therapeutic practices, and innovations in the mental health field.

The clients you will work with come from a variety of backgrounds, many of whom are in sensitive and challenging situations pertaining to substance use and mental health issues. Through specialized therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), you will address not only their immediate needs but also empower them to create lasting positive change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related mental health field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is required.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with a strong emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and designing individualized treatment plans is crucial.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

While not required, experience in detox or addiction recovery settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping systems will be advantageous.
