Job description

Application deadline: Aug 27, 2026
At Amazon, we're not just broadcasting live sports-we're reinventing how the world engages with them. The Advertising in Live Events (ALE) team sits at the intersection of Amazon's premium sports content and our world-class advertising platform, where we move fast, build bold, and own outcomes end-to-end.
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be the single-threaded owner of high-profile, complex live sports properties-driving strategy and execution that transforms advertiser outcomes and viewer experiences across global events. You'll lead through influence, partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Monetization, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver flawless ad experiences for the most-watched events on the planet. Navigating ambiguity and resolving cross-organizational challenges, you'll drive alignment on initiatives impacting millions of concurrent viewers. Beyond your portfolio, you'll mentor peers, establish best practices, and champion systemic improvements that elevate the entire team.
Your work will directly shape advertiser ROI, viewer engagement, and Amazon's market leadership-owning business-critical launches with measurable revenue impact. If you're energized by complexity, thrive in ambiguous environments, and excel at influencing stakeholders, this is your chance to build legacy at the forefront of live sports advertising.
