Our Onboarding Philosophy (The "Dating" Period): To ensure a successful long-term partnership, all candidates start as a company driver for the first 30 to 90 days. Think of it as dating before we get married for 4 years! This allows you to learn our freight network and demonstrate solid business performance (no late deliveries, no tickets, no out-of-service DOT violations, and no accidents) before transitioning seamlessly into your lease contract.
Competitive Mileage Pay StructureOnce you transition to the lease program, you earn the full Owner-Operator rate. We pay for all dispatched miles, both loaded and empty (e.g., if you are dispatched 50 miles empty to pick up a 100-mile load, you are paid for all 150 miles).
Lease a clean, reliable, fleet-maintained tractor that we purchased brand new. Every truck features a spacious 72-inch walk-in sleeper (double and single bunks available) and passes a rigorous federal DOT inspection.
Protect your revenue from unexpected breakdown bills. Our program includes a comprehensive maintenance plan locked in at just $0.13 per mile. No matter what mechanical issue breaks during the life of your lease, you only pay the predictable $0.13 CPM—keeping your cash flow steady and your road experience stress-free.
