The Role:

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to monitor, assess, and translate key business data into meaningful insights. This role will focus on Omnichannel core KPIs, sales and profit performance, marketing effectiveness, and site performance to help optimize results and support informed business decisions.  The incumbent will also lead eCommerce market intelligence activities, including online market sizing, brand-level market share analysis, competitive insights, global best-price benchmarking, and market price monitoring.

What you're responsible for:

KPI Management (50%)

  • Track and manage sales and profit performance against targets and historical results.
  • Design, develop, and maintain KPIs for eCommerce and store performance.
  • Develop tracking tools for site operations and Omnichannel KPIs, including visits, conversion, bounce rate, average order value, attach rate, reserve and pick-up, and cart abandonment rate; analyze results and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop tracking tools for partner-related KPIs, including transaction processing, shipping lead time, fraud rejections, and return lead time; analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to assess digital marketing campaign effectiveness and provide timely recommendations for updates or changes.
  • Manage and maintain the BI reporting tool developed in Tableau.
  • Use Omniture and Google Analytics to extract and analyze performance-related data.
  • Support the development of weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets by SKU, aligned with the mid- to long-term eCommerce strategy.

Market Intelligence (30%)

  • Partner with the Market Intelligence team to gather total market and eCommerce data and develop accurate online market size estimates.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to monitor industry trends and market share.
  • Maintain tracking tools for market-related data and reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide clear, actionable competitive analysis.
  • Work with HQ and review external sources to identify and share eCommerce store best practices.
  • Monitor product pricing across retail channels and assess alignment to ensure pricing is managed appropriately.

Strategy, Planning and Reporting (20%)

  • Support the development of weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by SKU for eCommerce and stores.
  • Support the development of mid- to long-term strategies for eCommerce and store growth.
  • Develop regular KPI reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key trends, results, and insights.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as required to support business needs.

To Join Our Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to support teams, both within and outside the organization.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling storylines for reports and presentations.

Technical Skills

  • Required: High proficiency in SQL for querying complex relational databases.
  • Required: Expertise in data visualization and building automated dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
