Internship of 6 months starting from 01 July 2026

Finance Co-pilot Prestige Sales 

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT 

Own and orchestrate Coty France Prestige Sales Department. Coordinate monthly landing and closing for the business. Closely collaborate with Head of finance and Sales department

Coordinate monthly reporting and operating tasks for the two boutiques

 THE ROLE 

In this role you will be responsible for:

Business partnering - Act as a copilot/single point of contact for Commercial teams. 

Budget/Forecast – Ensure proper forecast on Net Revenues and coordinate an appropriate landing

Month end Closing - Support month-end process on Gross Sales, Gross To Net and Net Revenues accounts, ensuring full compliance with Coty policies/U.S. GAAP and SOX. Coordinate B/S reconciliations and variances analyses.

Reporting - Prepare monthly reporting for all stakeholders, and ensure full visibility of risks/opportunities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance & Accounting

- Very strong Excel skills and systems experience

- Strong communication skills required

- Prior experience in Custodian/Accounting roles appreciated (but not mandatory)

French and English are mandatory.
