Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Drywall Field Workers to join our Allegiance Division team. We are hiring for multiple positions across three skill levels on commercial construction projects.
Positions Available
Foreman
Lead and supervise a crew of drywall workers on commercial job sites - coordinating daily work assignments, enforcing safety standards, monitoring quality, and serving as the primary point of contact between the field crew and project management.
Laborer
Material handling, framing prep, and general drywall support - the backbone of every successful project.
Mechanic
Install drywall board on walls and ceilings to commercial specifications - precision work that shapes the job.
Finisher
Apply tape, joint compound, and finish coats - your craft is the last thing anyone sees before the paint goes on.
Job Requirements
  • Previous drywall or construction experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
