POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Integration Manager is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and execution. This position works across Marketing disciplines and business teams to ensure ideas turn into integrated, customer-focused initiatives that drive growth across retail, e-commerce, and loyalty channels.
We're looking for a strategic connector-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and enjoys bringing teams together around shared goals. In this role, you'll help elevate how Marketing partners with the broader business, lead meaningful projects that shape how we go to market, and play a visible role in advancing Bass Pro Shops' legacy of delivering legendary outdoor experiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead integration across cross-functional Marketing teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and priorities.
  • Partner with business functions such as Merchandising, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, Loyalty, and IT to embed Marketing into broader business initiatives.
  • Drive strategic marketing integration projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, integrated marketing plans and operating rhythms.
  • Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and communication across teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Develop and refine processes, frameworks, and governance models that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution consistency.
  • Provide clear, executive-ready updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across initiatives and proactively drive solutions.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, program management, or cross-functional leadership roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills. (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives in a matrixed or enterprise organization.
  • Experience working with multiple marketing disciplines and business partners.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
  • Integrated marketing principles across digital, retail, and omnichannel environments.
  • Enterprise business models and cross-functional operating structures.
  • Marketing project and program management best practices.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Ability to lead through change and support adoption of new ways of working.
