Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing body damage, performing cosmetic enhancements, and ensuring all work meets high-quality and safety standards. Whether it's repairing dents, replacing windshields, or executing complete rebuilds, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional results to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and identify vehicle body damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
  • Perform bodywork including dent removal, panel alignment, frame straightening, and part replacement.
  • Complete minor cosmetic repairs such as scratch removal, paint touch-ups, and corrosion treatment.
  • Communicate repair status and any delays clearly with the Body Shop Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to order and track necessary parts.
  • Accurately document all repairs and materials used for each job.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and follow federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a vocational or technical program in auto body repair preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in auto body repair, collision work, or customization is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
