What is a frame shop manager?

To thrive as a Frame Shop Manager, you need expertise in custom framing techniques, art handling, retail management, and often a background in visual arts or a related field. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and framing tools like mat cutters and joiners is essential. Exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and staff leadership abilities help you stand out in this role.
