• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique mental health needs and circumstances.
• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support client growth and recovery.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress against these objectives.
• Utilize telehealth solutions to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering strictly to ethical standards and state regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices within the mental health field.

Our client base consists of individuals and families from various backgrounds, each facing distinct mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Fox Premier Counseling, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, utilizing a compassionate approach to drive meaningful change in their lives.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently while juggling administrative duties related to client documentation.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Training or specialization in trauma-informed care or family therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver virtual sessions effectively.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
