Description
We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Kiosk Counter Agents to join our team at Salt Lake City International Airport. In this exciting role, you'll help travelers get behind the wheel quickly and confidently-whether they're flying in for business, family visits, or mountain adventures. As well as assist customers with a smooth rental return process.
Every day brings fresh faces, fast-paced activity, and opportunities to provide exceptional service in one of the most vibrant travel hubs in the country.
Currently hiring for swing/second shift. Working hours 3PM-1PM and/or 4PM-12AM.
What You'll Do:
  • Welcome customers with a positive attitude and guide them through the rental and return process.
  • Explain rental options, upgrades, and protection packages that best fit customer needs.
  • Ensure smooth check-ins and returns with accurate documentation and vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with the fleet and service team to ensure cars are clean, fueled, and ready to rent.
  • Handle customer questions, payments, and logistics with professionalism and care.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Positive, outgoing personality and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided).

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must work weekends.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
