General Labor & Production Workers – Fowler/Kingsburg Area

TG Solutions is currently building a pipeline of reliable and hardworking General Labor, Production, Warehouse, and Forklift candidates for current and upcoming opportunities with manufacturing and production clients in the Fowler and Kingsburg, CA areas.

These positions may involve working in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or packaging environment. Qualified candidates may be considered for one or more available assignments based on experience, availability, and client needs.

Pay

• General Labor / Production: Starting at $18.50–$18.62 per hour
• Forklift Operators: Starting at $19.28 per hour

Final pay, assignment, schedule, and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific placement.

Available Schedules

Schedules and shift availability may vary depending on the assignment. Current and upcoming opportunities may include:

• 1st Shift: Approximately 6:00–8:00 AM start times
• 2nd Shift: Approximately 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: Approximately 12:00 AM–8:30 AM
• Typical shifts may range from 7–8 hours, depending on production needs

Candidates must have flexibility and be open to working available shifts based on client needs and their availability.

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Packaging, boxing, sorting, and labeling finished products
• Retrieving, organizing, and storing completed production items
• Working alongside or supporting a fast-paced production line
• Inspecting products and identifying basic quality concerns
• Moving materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following production procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining speed and accuracy
• Keeping up with production demands and assigned workflow
• Occasionally operating a pallet jack
• Operating a sit-down forklift, for qualified forklift operators
• Assisting with production and general labor duties as needed, including forklift assignments

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, production, packaging, or forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation to work in the Fowler/Kingsburg area
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Forklift experience required for forklift-specific opportunities
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Stand and remain active for extended periods
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
• Maintain focus and attention to detail, as mistakes can impact production and product quality

Forklift Candidates

Candidates applying for forklift opportunities should have experience operating a sit-down forklift. Forklift operators may also be expected to assist with general production and labor duties when needed.

We are looking for dependable individuals who understand the importance of showing up on time and being ready to work. Strong attendance, punctuality, reliability, and a good work ethic are required.

These positions require employees who can keep up with production, follow instructions, remain focused on repetitive tasks, and consistently meet workplace expectations.

• Plain T-shirts or sweaters
• Work boots or non-slip shoes

Leggings, sweatpants, shorts, and clothing with buttons, zippers, or prominent logos may not be permitted for certain assignments.
