Job Responsibilities:

The Fountain Worker is responsible for greeting our guests, providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards, taking and completing orders, handling cash transactions, completing side work, and unloading and storing warehouse deliveries.

Qualifications
  • Candidates must be able to communicate in English, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
  • Requires one year guest services, preferably in a high volume quick service/coffee shop/concession stand environment
  • Candidates must exhibit a basic food & beverage knowledge, as well as the ability to handle cash transactions on a Point of Sale system
  • Candidates must be highly organized and efficient, with excellent customer service skills
  • Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or over.
