Job description

Fountain Operator

General Purpose: The fountain operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated fountain products. Essential (primary) Functions: The primary responsibility of the fountain operator is to prepare all fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes in accordance with Steak n Shake specs utilizing the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and correct dippers. Monitoring equipment temperatures. Restocking, cleaning/sanitizing the fountain area while maintaining security, safety, uniform and company standards at all times. Secondary Functions: Any and all other tasks assigned Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Good Vision, general and close

  • Push and pull heavy objects
  • Lift and carry 30 pounds
