* Responsible for some or all of a Software product, contributing as a software team member and possibly leading a small software team.
* Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: * Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
* Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar software object-oriented language
* Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required, note only U.S. Citizen can obtain security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: * Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
* Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation)
* Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
* Experience developing software using Agile techniques such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development
* Experience leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to improve productivity, collaboration, and performance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
* Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
* Experience working with Continuous Integration/Development & Integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Eclipse, and Ansible

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
