  • Identify opportunities for engagement and proactively create content that supports business growth.
  • Monitor social performance through reporting and analytics, using insights to continuously optimize reach and impact.
  • Partner with Authentic's internal content team and external freelancers to produce high-quality creative assets when appropriate.

Conferences, Events & Executive Visibility

  • Prepare and manage briefing materials and talking points for speaking engagements, interviews, panels, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support executive visibility around key company milestones, activations, announcements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with photographers, creative partners, and other external service providers to execute best-in-class executive visibility initiatives.

Must Haves

  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into compelling executive narratives across multiple channels.
  • 7-10 years of experience supporting high-profile individuals and/or senior executives within a talent agency, entertainment company, or corporate environment.
  • Experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, executive brand development, or related fields.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
  • Outstanding judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Experience navigating high-stakes, high-profile environments-both corporate and cultural.
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Availability to work outside of traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. This is an "always-on" communications role supporting executive visibility and social media.
  • High degree of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Why This Role
