We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for highly specialized and niche roles supporting complex and evolving technology teams across the organization. This role serves as a strategic hiring partner, supporting dynamic talent needs across multiple teams and initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in fullcycle technical recruiting, thrives in ambiguity, and excels at building strong partnerships to deliver top talent for critical business priorities.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.  

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Owns fullcycle recruiting for assigned highly specialized technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance. 
  • Utilizes a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including the applicant tracking system (ATS), internal databases, and market insights to identify, attract, and engage top talent. 
  • Builds and maintains strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs aligned to business priorities. 
  • Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, open requisitions, and develop competitive compensation and offer strategies. 
  • Proactively sources and pipelines qualified candidates using databases, professional networks, internet sourcing, referrals, direct outreach, and external recruiting resources. 
  • Engages and communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates on opportunities, status, and next steps. 
  • Educates candidates on the organization's culture, business, benefits, and career opportunities to drive engagement and informed decisionmaking. 
  • Screens, evaluates, and presents qualified candidates to hiring teams, providing recommendations and insights to support hiring decisions. 
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on staffing policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. 
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews, including logistics and travel arrangements when applicable. 
  • May support and participate in recruiting events such as job fairs, campus recruiting initiatives, and networking events. 
  • Manages job postings across appropriate channels, including online platforms, professional organizations, and other targeted venues.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.  

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Experience utilizing AI tools such as Gemini and Copilot.  
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity). 
  • Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and talent pipelines to engage passive candidates.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills, with the ability to guide hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
  • Working knowledge of employment law, compliance and fair hiring practices.
  • Ability to manage high volume or concurrent requisitions while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiringmanager experience.
  • Datadriven mindset, with experience using recruiting metrics and ATS insights to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
