Job description

Your future role at a glance

Location: Austin, TX

Facility: Dell Children's Medical Center 

Department/Specialty: Foundations

Schedule: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Dell Children's Foundation office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Foundation Board of Trustees activities by coordinating quarterly meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and meeting execution support.
  • Manage donor communications including answering phone calls, responding to voicemails and emails, and delivering professional, service-oriented donor support.
  • Process donor acknowledgements, pledge reminders, and gift entries, ensuring accurate financial records and timely stewardship within Raiser's Edge.
  • Coordinate office operations including supply ordering, mail processing, deposits, and general administrative support for a 13-person Foundation team.
  • Assist with planning and execution of Foundation events and board functions, including vendor coordination, room setup, and on-site logistical support at DCMC.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Graphic design experience supporting print and digital collateral preferred.
