Job description


An established and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Foundation Construction Superintendent / Manager to oversee deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. Projects include highways, bridges, marine facilities, industrial sites, and complex foundation systems.

Compensation
$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience). Benefits available include:

Schedule
Day Shift, Monday - Friday.
Occasional overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet project demands.
Projects are primarily located within approximately 1-2 hours of the office, allowing for local travel with minimal overnight work.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with extensive deep foundation experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
  • Strong leadership experience supervising field crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and project performance
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction best practices
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
