Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for HCM-related initiatives, particularly involving ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or ADP Next Gen platforms
- Collaborate with project managers, HR teams, and technical leads to understand change impacts and business needs
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness analyses to support adoption
- Create communication plans, training programs, and support materials to drive employee engagement
- Serve as a liaison between business units and implementation teams to address user concerns and ensure alignment
- Monitor and measure change adoption and user feedback, and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide coaching and guidance to leadership and internal change champions
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in HCM or HR technology projects
- Strong knowledge of ADP HCM platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, Enterprise HR, etc.)
- Familiarity with HR and payroll processes, best practices, and system implementations
- Experience in developing and delivering change impact assessments, communications, and training
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP®) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Experience working in enterprise environments with large-scale HCM implementations
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance impacts on HCM systems
- Previous consulting experience highly desirable
