Position Overview

As a Manager at Chick-fil-A Expressway Plaza, you will be responsible for overseeing elements of the administrative and business operations in both front and back of house of our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team and contribute to the success of our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Pioneer the newest Chick-fil-A restaurant design concept
  • Manage daily activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ensure full compliance with operational standards and policies
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost operational efficiency
  • Provide prompt, respectful support to meet guest needs
  • Live and promote Chick-fil-A’s vision and values
  • Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals
  • Assist in training of new hires and acting as a role model for the team
  • Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both Team Members and customers
