You welcome our guests confidently and have the skill to build trusting relationships by sharing your product knowledge, actively listening and asking lifestyle questions to understand our guests' needs. You take ownership of your daily tasks and are self driven to meet your individual sales and KPI targets. Additionally there is the responsibility to open and close the store as and when there is no management on shift. Together with the team, you help create a positive store atmosphere and contribute to achieving our goals - because at Fossil, it's Greater Together.
Your responsibilities

Additional Keyholder Responsibilities
  • Safely retain a set of store keys so that the store can be opened or closed in the absence of any management on shift
  • During times where no management is present on shift, the Keyholder will be responsible for: completing opening and/or closing store routines, filling out daily planners, analysing reports, giving direction and support to the team and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times,
  • This is a position of responsibility and therefore the Keyholder should support management and lead by example in all aspects of their role, demonstrating the Fossil core values and retail behaviours.
