Career Growth - If selected for this exciting role, you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of innovative production equipment, with components including 480v 3-phase motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Compensation and Benefits - Fosber America, Inc. offers competitive pay and an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid vacation & holidays, and educational assistance. Annual compensation is between $85,000 to $100,000+, based on experience.

Requirements
To be considered, you must have at least the following:
  • Flexibility to frequently travel to customer sites throughout North America. Fosber Field Service Technicians spend up to 75% of each year on the road.
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment in industrial or automotive industries.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude with a "hands on" approach to problem solving.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Associate degree in electro-mechanical technology, automated manufacturing, automotive, or related field is preferred, but Fosber is willing to train the right candidate regardless of degree completion. High School diploma/equivalent required.
