  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, detailing standards, and building systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and other production/documentation software utilized by Forum.
  • Maintain awareness of project deadlines and proactively communicate scheduling concerns or coordination challenges.

  • Technical degree or non-professional bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural production and coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
  • Working knowledge of applicable building codes and construction practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial project types.
  • Construction administration experience.
  • Progress toward architectural licensure or interest in pursuing licensure.
