Job description

Fort Oak Restaurant is looking to hire a cook to join the back of house team. This is a great opportunity to grow and learn in one of San Diego's top kitchens. Our culinary program revolves around live fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and bold flavors.

POSITIONS:

Line Cook (1)

- A minimum of 1-2 years of fine dining or similar experience
- Current California Food Handler's card (within first 90 days)
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) with flexible availability for up to 5 shifts per week
- Team player with a positive attitude, ready to learn and grow
- Ability to handle high volume business, communicate effectively and go above and beyond to ensure our guests have the best experience possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
