We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support Kitchen Maintenance Quality Assurance services at Fort Jackson, SC. This role supports Army Dining Facility (DFAC) operations and construction (MILCON) projects by ensuring that food service equipment is installed, maintained, and operating safely, reliably, and in compliance with all contract and regulatory requirements.

The QCM plays a critical leadership role in delivering quality oversight, performance monitoring, and data-driven recommendations to support mission readiness. The QCM will participate and act in advisory capacity at quality control coordination meetings, progress reviews, and other conferences/meetings related to food preparation equipment installation and testing with Government and other contractors.

Individuals will possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial or institutional kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.

- Demonstrated expertise in preventative maintenance scheduling, QA/QC oversight, and reliability improvement.

- Proficiency in ARMA (Army Maintenance Application) and GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System).

- Familiarity with DFAC operations and all applicable standards and regulations.

Must pass background check and meet security requirements to access Fort Jackson military installation.
