Job Description:
Maintain inventory of raw material samples.
Develop new theoretical formulas and make lab batches.
Prepare samples for customer presentation.
Prepare samples for stability testing.
Maintain accurate records of lab batches.
Write manufacturing procedures for scale-up to production.
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
Follow detailed, technical instructions for making batches.
Perform general lab duties to keep the R&D lab clean, always organized and prepared for customer
tours.
Ability to work on individual assignments as a team player.
