Position: Cafe Attendant
Job Type: Part-time
Location: FFC Park Ridge
Compensation: $15.40 per hour
Shifts: Saturday 2pm-6pm and Sunday 7am-12:30pm (more shifts may be available in the coming months).
*Must be at least 21 years of age for this role as the ability to serve alcohol*
Your Role:
  • Welcome with a Smile: Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive
  • Engage & Assist: Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they need
  • Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area that reflects FFC's commitment to superior service
  • Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and services
  • Food & Safety: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codes
  • Prepare Delicious Treats: Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our members
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the café running smoothly
