These skills and qualities are vital for achieving peak performance, making split-second decisions, and maintaining safety at the highest level of motorsport.

What are some of the typical challenges faced by team members working in Formula One racing operations?

Team members in Formula One racing often encounter high-pressure situations due to tight deadlines, constantly evolving technology, and the demand for peak performance during race weekends. Collaboration across multiple departments—such as engineering, logistics, strategy, and pit crews—is essential, and effective communication is key to ensuring the car's optimal performance. Additionally, frequent travel and long hours, especially during the racing season, require strong time-management skills and adaptability. Location : Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full Time
Job Number: LVDM2009
Department: Marketing
Section: Digital Engagement
Opening Date: 05/07/2026
The Role:
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a creative, organized, and destination-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer programming. In this role, you'll manage creator partnerships while also bringing the social creativity needed to push our content forward, ensuring it resonates with the right audiences and keeps Las Vegas at the heart of culture. You'll work closely with agency partners to execute creator programming end-to-end (briefs, contracts, timelines, budgets) and collaborate with our social teams to evolve how we connect with audiences across platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who is equal parts organized and inventive, comfortable managing complex programs at scale, and excited to find new ways to tell the Las Vegas story.
What You'll Do:
Keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive.
Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans that support LVCVA's marketing and organizational objectives.
  • Align influencers to campaigns, ensuring selections match LVCVA criteria, brand values, and target audiences.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, internet culture, viral moments, and platform algorithm changes to inform creator strategy, content direction, and timely campaign opportunities.
Agency and Partner Management
  • Brief and manage the relationship with the influencer agency, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Review and support negotiation of influencer contracts, usage terms, deliverables, and compliance with LVCVA guidelines.
  • Coordinate influencer itineraries and occasional on-the-ground management during content capture, events, and activations.
  • Oversee content monitoring, review, and approvals to ensure creator content is on-brand, accurate, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Performance Operations
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign KPIs, providing internal reporting and recommendations.
  • Manage influencer budgets, contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain workflows, databases, and creator pipelines to support ongoing programming.
  • Refine influencer processes and ways of working to improve efficiency and scalability across programs.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree, or High School diploma (or equivalent) plus 4 additional years equivalent job-related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading influencer marketing, preferably in travel/tourism.
  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator ecosystems.
  • An evident feel for internet culture and trending content, you understand what's going viral and why, and you can turn cultural moments into timely, on-brand creator activations.
  • Extensive knowledge of destinations from the Strip's most iconic attractions to hidden gems Downtown, with obvious passion for the culture, experiences, and stories that Las Vegas has to offer.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with internal partners and agencies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during major Las Vegas events and activations (e.g., Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix, NYE, etc.).
  • Occasional on-site presence required during influencer content shoots, hosted creator visits, and live event activations throughout the destination.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • All LVCVA Ambassadors are expected to demonstrate "Do the Right Thing", "Vegas for All", and "Be Extraordinary" by acting with integrity, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional service in everything they do.
