Shuttle Operations Staff (Part-time)
Department: Parking
Direct Supervisor: Shuttle Leads and Route Supervisor
Status: Part-time / Hourly, Seasonal
Summary:
The Parking and Transportation team is looking for dedicated individuals to assist in the shuttle operations for all Hard Rock Stadium events including Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Hurricanes games, the Miami Open, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, soccer, concerts, and other world class events. The shuttle operations staff will play an integral part in making sure all shuttle queues run efficiently for a great fan experience.
Location:
  • This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $15 an hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Shuttle wayfinding during ingress and egress at offsite and on-site locations.
  • Assist in deploying bus signage, GPS, and head rest covers on buses.
  • Directing guests through shuttle queues.
  • Loading guests onto designated buses.
  • Reconfirm correct capacity is loaded onto each shuttle.
  • Assist in decommissioning of buses. (removing signage, GPS, and head rest covers)
  • Return all distributed equipment (wayfinding signs, counter, radio, vest).
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Fluent in English, Spanish beneficial
  • Ability to commit to 80% of all Hard Rock stadium events including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for 6+ hours and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
