Description:

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented Salesforce Administrator who’s excited to build smarter systems, improve user experiences, and help teams work more efficiently through Salesforce.

This role is more than day-to-day admin work — it’s about being a strategic partner to the business. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize processes, automate workflows, improve data quality, and help scale a high-growth Salesforce environment.

If you’re someone who loves solving problems, streamlining operations, and turning business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Optimize the Salesforce Environment

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce across sandbox, developer, and production environments
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, dashboards, reports, and automations
  • Oversee user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and access management
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve adoption, and maximize platform capabilities
  • Maintain strong system health through release updates, security reviews, health checks, and ongoing maintenance

Partner with the Business

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Translate business challenges into thoughtful Salesforce configurations and workflows
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, user experience, and process improvement
  • Communicate platform updates and enhancements clearly to end users and leadership

Improve Data & Operational Excellence

  • Help maintain clean, accurate, and reliable Salesforce data through automation, governance, and quality controls
  • Support reporting and dashboard development to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Assist with data imports, migrations, integrations, and ongoing system enhancements
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational reliability and reporting consistency

Support & Enable Users

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and troubleshooting for users across the organization
  • Help onboard and train new users while supporting ongoing enablement efforts
  • Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and efficiency

Integrations & Platform Ecosystem

You’ll work with integrated tools and platforms, including:

  • AirCall
  • Pardot
  • Formstack
  • BigCommerce
  • Blackthorn

Additional business systems and integrations as our ecosystem grows

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and platform capabilities
  • Experience designing scalable solutions using flows, validation rules, custom objects, and automation tools
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Business Analyst

Bonus Experience

  • Lead conversion optimization
  • Opportunity lifecycle configuration
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Case workflows and automation
  • Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case setup
  • CTI or digital messaging channels (chat, chatbot, etc.)
