Coil Forming Operator


Location: Lake Geneva, WI

Shifts: 2nd Shift

Pay: Competitive pay. Shift differential: 2nd shift: $1.50/hour

Join R&L Spring Company and build your future in manufacturing! We are hiring Coil Forming Operators to run precision equipment that produces high-quality parts for customers worldwide. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or are looking to start a hands-on career, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

We are hiring for all shifts!

2nd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

What You’ll Do

  • Operate coil, wire form, and four-slide machines
  • Perform quality checks and complete documentation
  • Work with team members to keep production running smoothly
  • Safely handle, inspect, and package finished parts

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow work instructions and use measuring tools (training provided)
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
