Job description

Seeking outgoing individual with assistant general manager(AGM) experience to assist the regional general manager in directing daily business operations. The AGM should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The AGM must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the Regional General Manager.
The ideal candidate will eagerly participate in educational and training opportunities. The AGM must be able to motivate and positively influence staff. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Food Safety certificate
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good observation skills
• An ability to accept and deliver constructive criticism
• Computer literate and basic math skills
• An ability to identify and address weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
