We are looking for an Associate Manager,Recruitingto join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts.In this entry levelposition,you willbe responsible forsourcing top-tier college students toparticipatein ourstudent ambassadorprograms across the United States and Canada.

This is a fixed-term role through October 30, 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Create, implement, and lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide, effectively communicating how Next Gen enhances the student experience through program opportunities

  • Develop strong business relationships with key campus contacts, including career centers and relevant student organizations

  • Build and maintain relationships with talent pools while identifying and securing candidates to address immediate and future program needs

  • Leverage traditional and creative sourcing methods including research, networking, social media, event attendance, partnerships, memberships, and referrals

  • Understand the unique needs of each client program and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly

  • Collaborate closely with the Next Gen Client Services team to support efficient and effective recruitment processes across multiple client programs and roles

  • Track all recruiting activity in Salesforce by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate documentation of student, university, and program records

  • Support the daily workflow of client projects to ensure timely and cost-effective program execution

  • Measure and analyze recruitment tactics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance

  • Research higher education institutions, campus trends, policies, procedures, event opportunities, and relevant contacts

  • Participate in agency brainstorms to develop innovative ways to engage Next Gen consumers

  • Contribute to agency culture by fostering positive internal relationships and maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day responsibilities and agency initiatives

  • Perform other duties, as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campus engagement, marketing, or related fields

  • Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies preferred

  • Strong customer-service orientation with exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Creative thinker willing to explore innovative approaches and solutions

  • Ability to deliver excellence independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and FormAssembly is a plus

Base salary range: $45,000 - $50,000.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
