  • Location: Loveland, CO (Travel Required).
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical field expert, constructing and installing the vital structural forms that anchor our commercial and high-end residential projects. This specialist role gives you the autonomy to direct forming crews, interpret complex structural blueprints, and utilize precise grading equipment. You will play a leading role in maintaining our reputation for technical excellence while mentoring the next generation of trade professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Construct, erect, and install durable concrete forms and fixtures using a variety of wood, plywood, and specialized hand and power tools.
  • Set string lines, accurately establish caisson elevations, and direct other form setters on proper framing and rebar tying workflows.
  • Interpret complex dimensions on project blueprints and rebar shop drawings to ensure absolute structural precision before every pour.
  • Calibrate and set laser levels to establish proper grades, ensuring exact measurements are passed down to secondary form setters.
  • Evaluate caisson size, depth, and penetration parameters to verify that foundation structures comply fully with engineering specifications.
  • Conduct regular mentoring and on-the-job training for less experienced crew members to foster professional growth and teamwork.
  • Oversee the safe erection of scaffolding, placement of braces, and structural tear-outs while strictly enforcing jobsite safety rules.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong technical capability to read and interpret detailed structural blueprints and rebar shop drawings.
  • Advanced trade math skills, including an accurate working knowledge of slope, pitch, and foundation percentages.
  • Physical capacity to perform strenuous labor, lift up to 100 lbs, and work reliably in all regional weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to travel to various out-of-town project locations during the week or on weekends as required.
  • Must possess and maintain a complete set of personal hand and power tools required for professional form setting.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience managing complex caisson installations and deep foundation formwork systems.
  • Formal experience in peer-to-peer field instruction or safety mentoring within a commercial concrete environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of specialized carpentry and custom form fabrication for high-end real estate builds.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly compensation based on trade mastery and technical skill level.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance options.
  • Eligibility for company ESOP shares to build long-term personal equity.
  • 401k retirement plan available to secure your financial future.
  • Paid time off and observed paid holidays.
