Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Specialist

Work Location: Pueblo Distribution Center, 31451 United Avenue / 31700 Excellence Avenue West, Pueblo, CO 81001 (On-site) 
Job Type: Full-Time (7 positions available) 
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed) 
Security Clearance: Background Check required 
About the Role

Norbeck Technologies is hiring Forklift Operators / Warehouse Specialists to execute order pick/pack/ship operations at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center in Pueblo, CO. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship federal publications and products using warehouse management software. 
  • Safely operate forklifts, stock pickers, scissor lifts, and material handling equipment (MHE). 
  • Load/unload freight trucks and restock warehouse bins according to SOPs. 
  • Perform regular cycle counts and maintain warehouse organization and safety standards. 
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse and forklift operation experience. 
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain/maintain MHE certification. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must pass background check and drug screening. 
  • MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Certified & Trained
